How long does production take?

All items are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 7–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because all items are custom-made.

Can I customize my shirt with my own logo or text?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom uniforms and personalized apparel. You can add:

  • Logos

  • Names

  • Numbers

  • Company branding

  • Team designs

  • Custom text

Please ensure all uploaded artwork and spelling details are correct before submitting your order.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We can only update addresses before the package has shipped.

EZPrintWear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Customer spelling errors

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review your case individually.


Why do colors look slightly different in person?

Colors may appear slightly different due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Lighting conditions

  • Printing variations

  • Fabric materials

Minor differences are considered normal in custom printing.
