Refund policy
At EzPrintWear, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
* Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
* Custom or personalized products
* Perishable goods
* Personal care goods
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
* Sale items
* Gift cards
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, except for personalized or custom-made items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–15 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
