At EZPrintWear, all products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order. Because production begins quickly after purchase, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes
Customers may request changes to their order within 12 hours of purchase.Eligible changes may include:
- Size changes
- Color changes
- Shipping address corrections
- Name, logo, or custom text updates
- Quantity adjustments

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, requests submitted after the allowed time window may not be possible once production has started.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this period:

Custom items are created specifically for each customer.

Orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Because all products are personalized and made-to-order, cancellations requested after production begins may be denied.

EZPrintWear is not responsible for customer-submitted errors once production has started.
Address Changes
Shipping address updates are only guaranteed if requested before the order has been shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

Refunds may not be issued for shipping costs.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may not qualify for a full refund due to custom production and shipping expenses.
Production & Processing Policy
All items are custom-produced and typically require:

Once production begins, orders enter an active manufacturing stage and cannot always be modified or canceled.
Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
EZPrintWear reserves the right to refuse cancellations, refunds, or policy abuse claims involving:
